Poets Tim Young, Thomas R. Smith and Robert Bly read their work, reflecting on the uneasy relationship between father and son. As Young writes, “Like the space between stars, or the design of constellations, those patterns are made somewhere else.” Or else, as Bly writes, “Forget your childhood and sing to the two tigers.”
Here they are accompanied on tabla by Marcus Wise.
